It is our goal to provide you with a large selection of quality products.  We offer great customer service, low prices, and fast delivery. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do what we can to accommodate any requests.

WHO HAS THE TIME has NO minimum. To order, simply click on the 'ORDER' button beneath the item you wish to purchase.  Step by step instructions will guide you through the process from start to finish.  If you prefer, you may place your order via telephone by calling Sales at (978) 405-0253 during regular business hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

We safely accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa via our secured
server.  You may also pay using or with a cashier or personal check (allow 5-7 additional business days for shipment if paying with a personal check).

A 6.25% sales tax will be added on to any orders being shipped within the state of  Massachusetts.

Return Policy:

Please examine your items upon receipt to make sure you are satisfied with your order.  If you aren't delighted with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or full refund within 10 days of receipt.  Defective watch faces may be returned for up to 30 days.  Batteries are not guaranteed.  Shipping and handling cannot be refunded.  A 20% restocking fee is applied to all special orders.


Shipping:
Orders are sent domestically and internationally via USPS or UPS. Rates will be automatically calculated during checkout. All items in stock will ship 3-5 days from the order date (most ship the next day!). Backordered items will be shipped as received.  If you need your watch faces sooner or prefer another shipping method, contact Who Has The Time and we will work with you to meet your needs.
